1 Carrot
1 stalk Celery
4 Mushrooms
1 Red Pepper
3 Green Onions
1 lb Long Pasta
Sesame Sauce
2 Tbsp Black Bean Sauce
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp, grated Ginger
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp, minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce

Thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta will do – but if you can find them, soba noodles are perfect for this dish.

Slice all vegetables and put aside.
