1 cup, uncooked Rice

1 cup Tomato Sauce

1 1/4 cup Water

In a saute pan, brown pork chops in oil. |

Saute onions, green peppers and garlic until the onions are transparent. Then add chili pepper and cook for 2 minutes. |

Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. |

Pour into casserole dish and arrange pork on top. Cover dish with lid or aluminum foil. |
