1 lb Ground Beef

1 large, chopped Onion

1 chopped Green Pepper

2 stalks, chopped Celery

5 cloves, minced Garlic

1 can Whole Tomatoes

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar

1 Bay Leaf

2 jars Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Basil

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Thyme

1/2 tsp Chili Flakes

1 box Spaghetti
Tips
When straining pasta, keep a bit of the water in the bottom of the pot to prevent the pasta from clumping together before serving.

Mix meatball ingredients together, form into balls on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes at 350 F. |

In a large pot, add ground beef and spices and cook until beef has browned. |

Add vegetables and cook until onions are transparent. |

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour (or longer if possible). |

While sauce is simmering, add spaghetti to a pot of boiling water and cook 6 - 8 minutes. |
